Getting started

New to MoovLogic APIs? Start here:

Get your credentials — contact your MoovLogic account manager to receive an API key and secret.
Authenticate — exchange your credentials for a 24-hour JWT token.
Get a price — call the pricing endpoint with pickup and drop-off coordinates.
Create a booking — confirm the journey using the quoted fare.

Support

If you run into issues, include the requestId from any error response when contacting api-support@moovlogic.com. It uniquely identifies the failed request in our logs and speeds up diagnosis.
